Vajrayogini MANDALA
Traditionally shown as a solitary figure in a fierce, blood-red form, surrounded by flames of pristine wisdom, Vajrayogini embodies the essence of all the Buddhas. As the central goddess in her own Mother Tantra and the consort of Chakrasamvara, the practices of Chod and the Six Dharmas of Naropa are associated with her. The red center of this mandala reflects the red body of her dakini form, which represents both the inner fire of spiritual transformation and the life force of living beings. The practice of Vajrayogini is taught to lead to enlightenment through training in methods to completely dissolve and refine gross and subtle essences to perfection.
